We had a fine stay for my business trip.

The breakfast was generous and delicious and there was a lot of excellent food.

The rooms with very bright bathroom and good facilities, as example.

The staff at the front desk provided really good assistance with our travel plans, we had taxis readily available.

The hotel is a bit remote from the town center, requiring taxi rides that can be relatively costly, around €30 to popular locations.

we found out reasonable prices in the hotel. had good stay for our business trip, the staff were accommodating, location was marvellous close to a big mall. the food was excellent, especially slices of fresh bread, cereal, pancakes, yoghourt, and fruit for breakfast.

Big hype, little substance

Though the staff were friendly and Michael stood out with his helpfulness, the hotel fell short in areas. Accessing the pool was a challenge, and room temperatures often left much to be desired. It's ideal for families, but make sure you're prepared for its distance from central attractions.

It was just an optimal selection for a city escape in Rome with fantastic value for money. The hotel had a decent swimming pool where I could cool off after sightseeing all day. Try to confirm the check-in time ahead to avoid delays.

great staff support but breakfast needs improvement

The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, especially Michael, who went out of his way to provide a detailed map with tour suggestions. The room we stayed in was super clean and cozy. Access to the pool added a nice touch to our stay, as we could unwind and cool off without venturing far. The pool view from our area was refreshing and perfect for families.

Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options, particularly the pastries that were served cold every day.

Couple looking for convenience

So we were at this place for 5 nights and gotta say it wasn't cheap but the service was so nice. Michele at the reception was a rockstar giving us tips on where to park and even mapped out fun spots to visit because we needed help with planning everything.

The breakfast was a big letdown, served the same cold pastries every single day no matter how many days we stayed.
